Hi Rick, Sorry to here about your misfortune. I use a combination of X10RF PIR's as well as wired PIR's. The wired units are connected to MH via 1wire. Each wired PIR has a 1wire device internally, so I can tell which unit tripped. Same could be done for doors and windows. I have MH doing voice announcements for callerid, weather etc over the house PA system. When MH is in armed mode it also announces movement for that sensor i.e. "Intruder detected in garage" (I do have a PIR in the garage and it does actually say this on the speaker located in the garage). I have not been broken into yet but I think a house announcing the burglars presence would be some what discerning to the intruder and more then likely cause them to bolt (I hope).
