[mh] We have a working interface! PowerLinc V2

I wish to thank everyone for their help (and patience) to get the
Insteon PowerLinc V2 interface working with X10. If anyone is
interested in working with the code please let me know and I'll
pull it together and send you a copy. I'm about to pull all my
CM11 interfaces off this box and see how it goes.

At this time this is only the serial interface. I've not done
enough work to get the USB version working yet. Also it just the
X10 portion and not the Insteon portion working. That will
require a lot more hair pulling to figure out.
