I wouldn't think so; but, it also shouldn't hurt. If anything, I'd consider installing perl and the dependent libs; then run mh in its non-compiled state. I'm definitely "grasping at straws" here; so, it may also be more effort than worthwhile since I don't know whether it would make a difference. FWIW: I don't run mh on windows; so, I have no idea what sort of windows-centric issues may exist. I had delayed any response hoping that I might have some other, more useful suggestion or someone else might. > I also checked, the entire mh tree is full access for everyone.
