Mike, Looks like this code, in mp3_playlist requres you to run 'build the mp3 database' first: -- # Build the mp3 database $v_mp3_build_list = new Voice_Cmd '[Build,Load] the {mp3,m p 3} database', ''; $v_mp3_build_list-> set_info("Builds/loads an mp3 database for these directories: $config_parms{mp3_dir}"); $p_mp3_build_list = new Process_Item; # Allow for loading playlists # noloop=start This directive allows this code to be run on startup/reload my $mp3_file = "$config_parms{data_dir}/mp3.dbm"; my ($mp3names, %mp3files) = &mp3_playlists; # noloop=stop --- Have you tried that yet? When you do, this code: next unless $file =~ /([^\\\/]+)((\.m3u)|(\.pls))$/i; will look for playslist. If it doens't find any, you could try adding debug prints in there somewhere. Bruce -----Original Message----- Hi Bruce, Could you please help me out. I put the following question out on the list, but didn't get an answer. I also searched the archives but couldn't find anything there to help either. I'm trying to get WinAmp to work with MH. When I click on the MP3 Jukebox button in MH it says "No Playlists found". This is what I've done so far. 1. Put the following lines in my mh.private.ini: mp3_program=C:/Progra~1/winamp/winamp.exe mp3_program_control=wactrl mp3_dir=C:/misterhouse/sounds mp3_extention=mp3 mp3_program_password=pass 2. I put the mp3_control.pl and mp3_playlist.pl in my MH code directory. Is there something I'm doing wrong or missing? Do I have to edit the mp3_control.pl or mp3_playlist.pl files? My operating system is Win98 if that matters. I really am having fun with your MisterHouse program. At first I thought it was too complicated for me, but with your latest version I was able to get it up and running. The only problem is that it is addictive. I keep wanting to try out more of its capabilities. Thanks for any help. Mike Hughes |
