It looks like you are using apache to display mh web pages.  That will not
work for most things.  Simply use the built in mh server (port defined by
the mh.ini http_port parm).

Yep, just rename mh to mh_old_version and copy in the new mh files.   You
shouldn't have to diff files, unless you are simply curious on what has
changed.   Your mh.private.ini file parms will override the default ones.
