I used a house code JUST for remotes for awhile and then mapped the functions to other devices w/ MH.. since then I got the MR26a it's an RF PC interface that will see all house codes from the remotes and then it will set the devices to the state the remote commanded.. I still use a house code for basic mapped commands but now I can also use one for my motion detectors and not have to have a separate transceiver for each house code.. I got mine from X10.com w/ a $20 voucher and a free motion detector.. the price was $29 so it worked out really cheap.. (MAN I love those vouchers) Damon Hopkins |
