As i was going through analysis, I was thinking if we can utilize the files created using mirdeep2 software such as ARF(mapping) and collapsed.fa and then perform analysis in mirPRo tool.
Can we break the analysis in certain stages and perform them with different parameters?
Is there any help or guidelines for analysis using the scripts provided with mirPRo.
