I tried using MIRA on Genenious with both Illumina and PacBio (error corrected) reads and received the attached error message. Is there any way I can fix this? Thank you!
If I guess right, this looks to be a memory problem: although you seem to have 32 GiB, shortly before MIRA bailed out some 30 GiB were already in use. I'm sorry to say that you will need more RAM, or another assembler.
Another thing: the log is incomplete, but it seems you are already operating at a very low coverage (~3x), you probably need more data.

I have started using a computer that has 120,000MB allocated to Geneious, so that will probably solve the memory issue. I do have extremely low coverage with PacBio, do you think it will help if I do a hybrid de novo assembly with some Miseq data that has better coverage?
