MionChrom is a open sourced chromatography project primarily for signal analysis. You can import ASCII-data (X and Y data) for further processing like auto-integration, manual integration, filtering and for deconvolution of poorly resolved peaks. See screenshots attached.

This software currently only supports results from Gas Chromatography Combustion Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometry (GC-C-IRMS).

MionChrom is published under General Public License. That means you can not only download it for free and redistribute it among your friends but also modify the source code.
