#1909 Under OOM conditions, Minsky attempts to save state to system location

When Minsky runs out of memory, it attempts to save the current model state to savedRavelSession.rvl This works fine when running a development build, but when running a system installed from OBS, the "current working directory" is set to /var/lib/minsky, and this, of course is an error.
