#1906 Interface Freeze

The interface froze twice in handling this file. I'll follow up with the movies by email.

Movies. It turns out that I was actually moving stuff and placing things on
the canvas, but the canvas didn't update until I opened Equations etc then
went back to Wiring.

This looks like another deadlock situation. Switching to equations or phillips and back to wiring will reset any locked mutexes attached to the canvas.
For reference, the version (from About box shown in videos) is 3.22.0, which is not the multithreaded version, so this is a little weird.

Lack of a debugger on Windows is a real problem, as this manifestation doesn't happen on Linux.
