#1803 less pen styles than plot inputs

I have 10 plot inputs, but only the first 8 can have unique pen styles. The last 2 reuse the first two pen styles.

If you look at the bottom of the pen style dialog, there is a + button, that allows you to add more than the original 8 pen styles.
