#1796 Old schemas not loading correctly.

As tested by by the non-travis setting of the old schemas test. See how they're imported using the desktop app.

Not sure how important this backward compatibility is to users.

I kind of fixed this in a recent round. Schema 0 imports lose all formatting, but the main issue was that of GodleyIcons being created at zero size.
