#1635 godley tab not zoomable

Zooming not working on Godley tab.
Probably want to fix this with 1611.

Workaround - The Godley tab zoom level seems to be inherited from the wiring tab so if the tables overlap then zoom out in the wiring tab a little.

I don't think it was ever zoomable. Given that the plan is to merge both the plot and godley tabs into a much more capable publications tab in the Marx iteration, and also that to add zoomability requires a substantial amount of replumbing, I'll reschedule this ticket for Marx.
