That's a surprising one! Can't think why it would be like this, unless it is some default behaviour baked into electron. This doesn't happen with the TCL version, so that's probably the case.
Minsky needs to close subsidiary windows like godley tables and plot popups, as the object they refer to may vanish in the undo.
But it doesn't need to close the variables pane, so I added an exclusion for that.
