#1631 dimensional analysis used to center on error

Several versions ago Dimensional Analysis used to center on an error with red circle. Now it does not.
Open attached file (blank canvas shown) and run dimensional analysis (no change to viewed canvas).

I don't know that it ever did that, to be honest. The TCL version didn't do that. But its a good idea.
In lieu of centering the canvas, since the backend doesn't know how large the front end canvas, I arranged it to place the offending item at (100,100), which is a compromise for being reasonably visible.

Actually this "feature" is a real pain! Every time you try to edit a switch block, the whole screen shifts to 100,100 and you have to drag the canvas back to see what you're working on.

I would prefer to disable it.
