#1617 Godley table editor mode cell selection off when zoomed in

When zoomed in cursor needs to be above cell instead within cell for selection.

This seems to be related to zoom level since I only encountered it in the attached model which I zoomed in on the table. I also confirmed it on another model and "normal" zoom level where I didn't have a cell selection problem.

There appears to be constant vertical offset that doesn't take the zoomfactor into account, which I think is what you're referring to. It would either be due to allowing extra space for the buttons or the asset/liability/equity labels. Only superficially related to #1581.
