#1583 variable placed from variable browser is missng descriptions

A copied variable or parameter will have the original short and detailed descriptions. Placed from the variable browser both description fields are blank.

I don't think this is a bug. Descriptions are an attribute of a particular variable on the canvas. The variable on the browser are generic - they refer to underlying value in the model, and can be used to create a new variable pointing to that underlying value. But the annotations are specific to the canvas widget.
