#1570 Minsky - trying to delete a cell in a godley table deletes the entire godley table

Ravel 3.1.0-beta.27 on Win64
I had just finished entering the godley tables from figure 47 in "modeling with minsky".
I noticed that I had entered in "Banking Sector" a line with "bank pay interest on bonds" where I had entered in the column "Reserves" an entry. I tried to delete this entry, but end up losing the godley table.

When the Godley table is in editor mode, I get this result.
When I open the Godley table I can easily delete the entry.

This appears to be due to a recent regression where the offset within an editor mode godley icon is skewiff. But since that bug hasn't been reported yet, this is not a dup.
