Opened file that has preference already set for showing Godley table values, but values are not displayed. Close preference window and them they appear.

Preferences are not updated until OK is pressed. That is by design.

OK, I assumed option preference are saved in MSK file. I just looked and didn't find any. I did see simulation parameters at end of file.
