Further to this, the current clickType code for coupled IntOps assumes that the item is at zero rotation. For example if the operator is flipped, it is completely wrong.

After the fixes implemented in tikets 1231 and 1232, I would say this has been fixed for flipped and ninety degree rotations of the IntOp.
