#1199 Opening .mky file kills Minsky

I just downloaded GoodwinMatterEnergy20200615Units.mky to play with. I launched Minsky from the Terminal, then opened the file. While in its death-throes Minsky wrote this to the Terminal:

~$ minsky
std::bad_alloc
std::bad_alloc
std::bad_alloc
vector::_M_default_append
std::bad_alloc
std::bad_alloc
std::bad_alloc
std::bad_alloc
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

PS: I don't want to upgrade to a dev release to run this, especially as many target users will be using the stable release tool.

Same issue, but required a little more work. This is fixed in the head, and will be fixed in 2.19.
