#1611 minsky - moving godleys

Minsky 3.1.0-rc.3

This is one is my favourite: In my model the two Godley tables are right underneath each other.
I try to make a nice looking model, just like Ty Keynes.

I go to the tab Godleys.
The Godley tables are no longer superimposed, but I thought of moving them closer to each other.

Doesn't work: I can't select and move.
Notice that the title of one Godley is far too the right.

Then click one and drag: nothing happens.

Go back to Tab Wiring: the Godley table did move.

In some sense this will be obsoleted by the planned publications tab in Marx. But if simple enough, then I'll try to get the mouse events handle correctly in the plat and godley tabs.
