With all extant bug reports resolved, I've done a new beta release,
available from FRS for Windows/Mac and OBS for Linux. I was going to
consider this a release candidate, but Ty has logged a couple of new
bug reports, so there will be at least one more beta release (or
release candidate before releasing 3.2.
