Windows/Mac builds from FRS (https://sourceforge.net/projects/minsky/files/beta%20builds/). As mentioned before, Linux builds from this branch will not be available until 3.2 is released. This is essentially the same code as 3.2.0-beta.4, but built with up-to-date Angular and Node frameworks.
