Finally, I have released 3.1 (aka Stuart Mill). You can download
builds for Windows
(https://sourceforge.net/projects/minsky/files/Windows%20Binaries/) or
Macintosh
(https://sourceforge.net/projects/minsky/files/Mac%20Binaries/) from
the FRS, and Linux packages from OBS
(https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:hpcoder1/minsky).
A special shoutout to Matt Brittlestone, whose family charity helped
fund me to do this work.
Since the rc.10 release candidate, I focussed on performance, and
according to my measurements, 3.1.0 is 2-3 times more performant on
large models like Ty's BOMGORRC model. There were also a small handful
of minor bugs reported by Ty that I also fixed.
