[Minsky-betatesters] Minsky 3.2.0-alpha.9 released

Per my previous posting about Phillips diagrams, you can now play
along. Minsky 3.2.0-alpha.9 is released with the Phillips diagram
feature. You can download builds for Windows and Mac from the FRS
(https://sourceforge.net/projects/minsky/files/beta%20builds/). As
previously mentioned, alpha builds will not be available for Linux
systems, but if you're interested you can either build from source
code, or figure out a way of running the Windows build - eg on a
VirtualBox VM.


Also note that currently the layout is currently fixed. I hope to make
the layout editable, much like the wiring canvas at some point in the
near future.
