#317 Resizeable and pannable sheets

When looking at the results of the Ravelation Product survey, it is annoying to not be able to see the full text in the cells. We need to be able to resize columns/rows, and to pan. Probably the best way to do this is enable a popup window that exploits a JS package that implements this, much as we have a popup Godley table editor

    That's a good interim solution, but I think the best long term way is to
    make it possible for a Ravel to display a sheet or plot in the bottom left
    quadrant. Then the axes and calipers can control what is displayed.

        It is a different issue to the width of columns in sheets not being
        sufficient to see all the text.
