#295 Encryption and password protection

Since we’re about to release this into the wild, it would help to enable encryption and password protection on files. It could make corporate users more willing to try it out. Ultimately we’ll need to be able to access secure data rather than just CSV files, and this would be a step in that direction

    Note Niels introduced the decompress package when working on https://sourceforge.net/p/minsky/ravel/452/. Instead of decompress, we should probably consider using unzipper , as this supports decrypting encrypted zip files.

    We would also need to add encryption support for the mky/rvl output - which means we'd need to find a C++ package for doing that.
