#234 increasing decimal cases of variable time

When logging a simulation the time variable appears with just 2 decimal cases, so in some cases the same "time tag" is repeated. Is it possible to increase the decimal cases so this doesn't happen? (Not sure if it's already possible in Minsky...)

I'm analyzing some equations in R and was thinking of using this to define the model time steps. Of course there are easy workarounds in R, but just thought this should be changed anyway.
