#222 Constants should inherit the unit of plots they are attached to
I expect that constants can be typed already--I haven't made much use of units myself since it took a while for the feature to be bedde down, so I haven't tested this. It should also be possible for a constant to inherit the type of an object it is attached to.
Plots are the obvious application: a number attached to a time-dimensioned axis on a plot should inherit the type of the axis to be a date, time, etc.
