What is the Minsky version or alternative for HyperArrays

In this case I'm modelling employees, which have a combination of
background characteristics like gender, seniority, function etc.
I am currently copying large parts of a model I've created over and over
again, which leads to an explosion of model complexity - consisting
basically of repeats of the same basic model structure and only a few
interactions between them.
I really like the Minsky software and trying to find out if this is
somehow possible to do with arrays in Minsky or if this use case is out
of scope.
