Fellow MinGW Users,

During 2017, SourceForge.net embarked on a campaign of interference in
the administration of our mailing lists, which we, the administrators of
MinGW.org, consider to be completely unacceptable.  We have invited the
SourceForge.net administrators to discuss our concerns about the changes
which they have made, but unfortunately, their standpoint has remained
unhelpful.  Consequently, we have concluded that our continued project
hosting on SourceForge.net has become untenable.

Having explored possible alternatives, we have found OSDN.net to be both
very helpful, and a good fit for our requirements; thus, we have decided
that, henceforth, MinGW.org Project hosting will migrate to:

  https://osdn.net/projects/mingw/

Furthermore, this SourceForge.net hosted mailing list will be closed to
new postings, with effect from 12th February 2018; we would encourage
you to subscribe, and direct new posts, to our replacement mailing list:

  https://lists.osdn.me/mailman/listinfo/mingw-users

Additionally, if you wish to file bug reports, or feature requests, you
should now use our tracking system at:

  https://osdn.net/ticket/newticket.php?group_id=3917

Obviously, there will be a transitional period, during which you may
still need to visit our SourceForge.net files hosting site, to obtain
files which you wish to download; indeed, if you are looking for older
versions of files, we may choose to leave them only on SourceForge.net
in perpetuity, but new releases will henceforth be available only on
OSDN.net.  We ask for your understanding, during the transition.
