[Mingw-msys] Msys on Windows 7 64 bit

Has anyone had msys working on Windows 7 64 bit version?
I'm getting "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142)" 
error.
I tried both 1.0.10  and 1.011 with the same result.
