[Ming-dev] media examples for test

The media examples in test/Media are relative huge.

While it is good to have some real world and also some bigger examples for 
testing available, this is IMHO not good when it comes to distribution.

The test/Media/audio01.mp3
is really annoying as a test audio file. The start is soo quiet, I check 
always if the failure is on my audio equipment/mixer. :-o. After 5 seconds! 
silence the user can hear the music. Until you assume an error in ming, your 
script, somewhere else and maybe cancel the test....
