[Ming-dev] drawing with ming or actionscript ?

Hi all
What is better to draw la lot of vectors (for converting an image from  
a other vectorformat to swf)

the ming funtions or actionscript embedded actions  in ming

It is easy to imagine that ming directly takes much less space, but is 
there any advantage of the actionscript variant ?
