[Ming-dev] skipMP3 patch

Hello Klaus,

This may sound like a stupid question but does your skipMP3 patch skip x
seconds without loading them (direct access)  or does it "load them without
actually playing them". In other words, if you have a file that is one hour
long and bitrate = your internet connexion rate, would it take one hour to
skip ? or just a few seconds ?
