[Ming-dev] png2dbl for windows

1.
When I try to use my linux created .dbl bitmaps, which work well there
on Windows with the actual php.build  from kromann.info
I receive an unrecognized file type error ???

Are there anywhere windows binaries of the utils?
(png2dbl, gif2mask)

2.
And is there a way to use the
loadSWFFontFromTTF(char *file) function with the php_ext?
