[Ming-dev] [PATCH] fix some implicit definitions - include some headers

Hello,

the attached patch fixes some compiler warnings and package errors in
openSUSE Factory, in particular implicit definitions of some standard
functions which need some headers included.

This is on ming 0.4.4 used in-tree by the ploticus package:
