No, I think it should be an SWFFontCharacter.
Think of this use case:

	- Want to produce an SWF for the sole purpose of
	  using as a library of fonts.

The SWF would only contain DEFINEFONT* tags and an EXPORTASSETS.

Yeah, that'd be the first move as it'd be pointless to add kerning
info if there's no way to use it.
