Hi,

just added another constructor method  using open file handle
to bitmap.xs + POD in bitmap.pm.  I hope this was somewhat your intention.

At all using file handles gives some really nice possibilites :-)
and I would not like to miss it in the future.

@strk: Also I've seen your addition.  Very good! ..
but please do add also some lines for handling alpha files.
