Of course. Here it is.

I mean that ming.h is installed like
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.10.0/i386-linux-thread-multi/auto/SWF/include/ming.h
which is certainly useless. (Of course the ming.h file installed as part
of the C api is useful).
