#71 Chest despensers are broken?

Using the latest version of craftbukkit and SimpleServer v7.0... I can't seem to get any functionality mentioned in the wiki regarding chests to work. Everything else seems to work fine, but carts will not enter/exit chests.

According to http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/mech-minecart-mania-v0-77-196.388/ dispensers indeed do not work yet on the Bukkit version, since CraftBukkit doesn't handle chest inventory yet (or so).
