#17 new concepts without mouse use

When inserting a new concept, I get really tired of
using the mouse.
I suggest to use the keyboard instead.
f.ex.:
pressing [Return] creates a new concept on the same
level as the current one.
pressing [Ins] creates a new concept one level below
the current one.

That way it's easy to insert large amount of data.
