#79 Contribute and Update don't work on Windows
Both the Contribute tab and the Update tab take me back
to the Search page. The URL in the browser's address
bar changes to:
http://tackwin/mindmeld/acweb/index.php?page=learn&reset=1
http://tackwin/mindmeld/acweb/index.php?page=manage&reset=1
respectively, but the display is the Search page. It's
the same for both Apache and IIS.
