#2 playing of mp3 files doesn't stop after the specified time

[Michael Mayer]

I'm using debian testing with mpg321 v0.2.10 (not
mpg123) and madplay v0.15.0b.

When using a wav-file I can specify a start-pos and a
stop-pos, the file is played only for the time delta
and stops after this. But using mp3 files the start and
stop values are ignored and the files are played in
full length.
