Well, the process is now not at all geeky with Mind Guard Linux available that makes it possible for anyone to create a bootable CD/DVD or USB flash drive with MindGuard in it.
Mind Guard Linux 2018 is available now, based on Ubuntu 16.04LTS. User Name & Password is Linux.
MGL NoPAE ISO is for Machines with 4GB RAM & MGL PAE ISO is for Machines with Maximum up to 64GB of RAM.

Mind Guard Linux OS for PC is ready for downloading. ISO file size is 304 MB (318,906,368 bytes) MD5 check-sum value is: 75cea575e891bd0efdda81c0253dffff. I don't know why SF is showing its size 318 MB.
