Hi folks,
I am trying to run "generate_surrogates.csh" on my
Linux (Mandrake 9) machine. I downloaded and compiled
the code, and the converted latlon data for the
testcase (Tennessee). I changed nothing to the scripts
and settings as I want to run the tutorial case.
When I hit the button the scripts complains saying:

It sounds like you used the lat-lon data for Tenessee as
your inputs. That data is for use with GIS visualization
systems only. Please use the non-converted data, as the
scripts are set up to use those map projections, not
lat-lon. Let us know if that data does not work.

Actually I used the non-converted data before trying the
converted one. I just re-switched to non-converted and still
same problem.
