#361 Line style choices are not always visible in Plotting Engine

Using the Oct 2004 release of the Analysis Engine, the
Plotting Engine sometimes does not display the line
styles in the pulldown menu. They appear correctly in
the plots but cannot be seen in the menus.

    Probably need to follow up wih Ken on what menu. Perhaps
    the icons were missing from the jar that Steve H built...

    This happened in all of the menus with line styles pulldown
    menus. However, it doesn't always happen.
