I found the problem. The mileage field is a calculated field. It depends 
on the Display Units. When you bring up the Car Mileage Calculator, 
select the Display Units desired. This will create a mileage.cfg file 
and the mileage entry should be correct now and for future use.

I will fix this so a message is displayed if no mileage.cfg file is 
found to prompt the user to enter a Display Units.

Thanks for the feedback. If this does not solve the problem then please 
send me the V1 car file and V3 car file.
